Mistakes I have made

Two mistakes here
I named it “The High Cost of Expensive Housing (and How Auckland Fixed it)” but that was misleading. I think the word “fixed” downplayed the situation quite a bit, because it wasn’t “fixed” but more towards getting better
I cited Hsieh and Moretti’s numbers in the paper which turned out to be incorrect by a large amount. (They understated the case I was making).
